By Owner Open House :-  Are you selling your house by owner? Would you like a little more exposure with no additional costs to you? We think we may be able to help you!!! How you ask? Well, here it is… The Martell Mortgage Team has a solution. We as mortgage brokers will host an open house with you. We will provide and place all signs leading potential buyers to the property. We will place 2 15’ open house banners on your property to gain attention. We will market and advertise the event to help drive traffic to your open house. We will create a property flyer with a brief description and some mortgage information to be displayed. We will digitally distribute these to each attendee. We ask you to provide some ice cold water bottles for our guests along with some warm cookies. If you can’t or simply don’t want to, we are more than happy to bring some water and even bake the cookies during set up to help the house smell of home made cookies. These are obviously optional but we feel they do help guests feel more comfortable. Besides, who doesn’t like the smell of fresh baked cookies? We are not offering representation, negotiation or real estate services in any manner. We are simply there on your behalf to qualify potential buyers and to help you with an open house. We will be talking mortgage with visitors but the home info is on you to provide. We can help you create the property flyer with info you provide. You must be present from set up until tear down to discuss terms, price and details about your home. Set up and tear down usually run about 30 minutes. We typically like to see 3-4 hour open houses to drive as much traffic as possible. We can do longer or shorter on a case by case basis per your needs.
